Overall, pretty awful experience with unjustified charges. I will avoid from now on.
I used this car rental company before with no problems ... but things have changed now. Below is my experience of car rental from Dec 2025 from Wroclaw Airport in Poland. (1) Some "genius" from management decided that it is now a good idea to request cars to be returned clean inside and outside. Good luck to anyone returning car in winter or wet weather with two small kids to the airport in the evening. You would literally have to clean it at the terminal ... never going to happen. Car cleaning charge PLN700 (~EUR167) (reduced by 50% after I complained that additional charges are not clear at the point of booking. The cleaning charge was almost more than the entire rental charge) (2) I was surprised to see a damage charge of PLN6000 (~EUR1600) added to my final invoice. The picture appended to the invoice showed black boot mark over protective sticker (I wish I could append photos here as it needs to be seen to be believed) ... so no damage to paint or bodywork of the car. I requested further details so that I can present this to my insurance company. After that, they dropped the charge. Overall, pretty awful experience and it is best to avoid this company from now on. Use one the reputable large rental companies instead, and always buy excess insurance beforehand. I will be also reporting them to local Consumer Rights Protection agency as some of these practices are borderline illegal. All charges (ie EUR167 for cleaning) should be made clear at the point of booking.
