Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Another holiday booked.
Another holiday booked following a recommendation from Emma. We had a Mekong river cruise on our bucket list & the package found by Panache is excellent. Something to look forward to in 2024. They are such an easy company to deal with, nothing is to much trouble & the service from all of the people we have dealt with has been superb. Paperwork is easy to follow & you are not inundated with calls trying to sell further trips.

Exceptional tailor-made personal service
This was the 2nd time I've booked a cruise for my father with Scott at Panache. Dad's first booking was in 2022, just over two years after my mother had died, so, as well as being 85 years'old, Dad was also a first time 'solo traveller'. Scott took so much time to talk through Dad's specific needs and interests with me that when he came back with the option that he had whittled down from the numerous cruises available, it was absoluteley spot on. Dad had such a fabulous time on his first solo cruise that he asked me to find another one for him within weeks of returning. Needless to say I knew who to turn to! The responsiveness and attention to detail provided in all my interactions with Scott have been exemplary and I have no hesitation in recommending him, and Panache cruises, to anyone, especially those taking their first foray into cruising. They have the know-how and the knack to take away all the hard work of wading through interminable brochures and finding exactly the right cruise for you.

This is the second cruise I have booked with Panache. Particularly with Emma Taylor who has been very helpful in finding a cruise that suited us. I found her very practical, helpful and professional. I did compare the price quoted with others and found it to be competitive. The support I had from Emma regarding the first cruise gives me confidence about the cruise I’ve now booked.

I just booked a cruise for the Galapagos Islands
I just booked a cruise for the Galapagos Islands on Silver Seas. Paul Goyette was my cruise connoisseur and it was an incredibly pleasant process with no unexpected fees, bunch of free add-ons and incredibly detailed and easy to finalize. From all indications this will be an incredible trip and planning would have been impossible for my wife and I to attempt to schedule without Paul's incredibly knowledgeable support. Panache will be my go to from now on for future cruises.
