Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Debbie Degrassi was amazing! I originally enquired on a few itineraries to just get an idea on costings in readiness to book next year but Debbie was so easy to deal with I’ve ended up booking now! She worked hard on numerous different options which I appreciate can be time-consuming and never made it feel like I was a difficult customer despite changing our mind on an itinerary last minute! She made calls direct to the cruise line to secure us the best price and we ended up getting a great deal where it really felt Panache had done everything they could do deliver us the best price. I’ve not booked with Panache before but I would definitely use Debbie again, she is a credit to the business!

Ensuring the customer is happy with booking!
I was not involved with the original arrangements but had to deal with Joanne as the Cruise Connoisseur in finalising my family's booking, which was part of a larger group of family friends. She was very professional and clear throughout in dealing with questions, so it was easy to get comfortable and to confirm and make our booking. Now simply looking forward to the cruise in late 2024!
