This was the 2nd time I've booked a cruise for my father with Scott at Panache. Dad's first booking was in 2022, just over two years after my mother had died, so, as well as being 85 years'old, Dad was also a first time 'solo traveller'. Scott took so much time to talk through Dad's specific needs and interests with me that when he came back with the option that he had whittled down from the numerous cruises available, it was absoluteley spot on. Dad had such a fabulous time on his first solo cruise that he asked me to find another one for him within weeks of returning. Needless to say I knew who to turn to! The responsiveness and attention to detail provided in all my interactions with Scott have been exemplary and I have no hesitation in recommending him, and Panache cruises, to anyone, especially those taking their first foray into cruising. They have the know-how and the knack to take away all the hard work of wading through interminable brochures and finding exactly the right cruise for you.
