Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Totally blown away by the incredible service of Katy and panache , first time booking with this company and hopefully not the last .Katy made the booking process so simple as she had all the answers to my questions! I got exactly the cruise I wanted at a fantastic price. I'm impressed by the fact she followed up my cruise credit from 2019 which unfortunately we didn’t benefit from due to cancelled cruise, hence managing to get our cruise for an amazing deal Thank you Katy , I have No hesitation in recommending this Company, I'm very impressed.

Scott was recommended to us by friends and he didn’t disappoint. Scott has organised a bespoke package for us to Singapore, Vietnamese and Cambodia in record time, professionally and constantly keeping us in the loop, even after office hours. We were particular impressed by the layout of his documentation making it easy to follow and the depth of detail given within. We would recommend Scott 100% to anybody who wants to cruise-he is fab😊

Great Service from Catherine at Panache Cruises
We were very fortunate to have met Catherine from Panache Cruises onboard a recent cruise (on Regent Seven Seas Splendour). Although she was herself on holiday she took the time to give us some sage advice around a further cruise booking we intended to make whilst onboard. Once back home, Catherine provided some further excellent advice and suggestions and finalised (and enhanced) our booking today with great efficiency. Fantastic service! We would highly recommend Catherine and Panache Cruises. It’s now our ‘go to’ for Cruise holidays in the future.

Our 2nd cruise booked!
This is our 2nd cruise that we have booked with Scott Perry & Panache. Our 1st being an Oceania cruise to Alaska in July this year. It was an incredible experience all the way. We absolutely LOVED every single moment, so much...we've just booked another cruise, & with Oceania again! It was without question that we would return to Scott to assist, he's the man when it comes to small detail. Scott is eternally patient, kind & knowledgeable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scott, & Panache, if you want 1st class treatment, & a 1st class trip! If you're reading this you're obviously doing a bit of research. We did! Well, go no further, these guys are the real deal. You will not be disappointed.
