Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Great booking experience with Panache
Great booking experience with Panache, very easy form the first contact online to the booking over the phone. Really friendly and was lovely to book with a real person. I’ll be using Panache again. Thanks Kathryn and Amanda.

Good experience with Panache on previous trips and new bookings
We have used Scott Perry/Panache for a number of cruises including 2 founder cruises hosted by the 0wner. We have found Scott and Panache easy to talk to,helpful and knowledgable on the different ships and suites. Easy process to book the right cruise.

Panache ask for a review immediately after booking when customers have not had the complete experience. They do not ask for reviews of their after sales service. You are sent a quote via a link to their system but the quote may be updated after you have agreed. I had saved the original email but did not realise the link it contained was to a dynamic quote. I now realise I should have saved the original details separately, but did not see the need. In my opinion if they amend a quote then it should be clear what has changed rather than showing a total price.

Fantastic representative created a great deal for us
We had done our homework, and after a good review fo all of the options for travel, we selected Panache Cruises to make our bookings. Contacting Panache resulted in being partnered with Kristen Nolan, and what a partner she turned out to be. Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, Kristen listened to our requirements and requests and prepared a package for us that we were thrilled to purchase. Kristen's pleasant demeanor and listening skills turned into a booking that included what we were primarily interested in and also made it easy for me to talk to my friends about what a great job she had done. I have passed on her contact information to three of my friends who are also interested in traveling soon. Kristen worked hard to get a deal and then some, and soon we will be off on the adventure of a lifetime, thanks to Kristen and Panache Cruises.
