Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Good outcome from Panache travel representative
Contacted Panache and spoke to Nicola Tempest about a cruises with Explora journeys that we were interested in. She kindly pointed out the benefits of booking with travel agent as opposed to directly with cruise company, obviously I was looking for the best deal. It is frustrating when you see all the deals offered that often don’t apply to all trips. Nicola did match the price I saw online and as she was informative, polite and kind we went ahead and booked our trip.
