Panache ask for a review immediately after booking when customers have not had the complete experience. They do not ask for reviews of their after sales service. You are sent a quote via a link to their system but the quote may be updated after you have agreed. I had saved the original email but did not realise the link it contained was to a dynamic quote. I now realise I should have saved the original details separately, but did not see the need. In my opinion if they amend a quote then it should be clear what has changed rather than showing a total price.
