Jill, was very experienced and had great knowledge of the cruises and also the island where we want to stay and looking forward to planning the further part of our holiday with her as hotels and flights are not around yet and looking forward to sailing with Explora journeys which we have now booked a cruise on as before talking with Jill I knew nothing on this cruise line. I have been cruising for over 30 years and will definitely use Panache for booking future cruises.

Absolutely Fabulous service from Jason Peters. I am so pleased we chose to call Panache Cruises and Jason answered the phone. I am sure all his colleagues are great too but it was such a pleasure to chat with somebody who is as passionate about travel as I am. Jason understood our requirements immediately and was very respectful and considerate - even to the point of emailing in advance to check if it was convenient to call me. That is a notch above. Within less than 24 hours Jason had answered all my demanding questions and we have booked a special Silversea cruise to celebrate a significant anniversary. We have been on four Silversea cruises in the last ten years & I have always dealt directly with the Silversea call centre agents un the U.K. However, this time we chose to use Panache & we are so pleased we did - not least because we didn’t have to deal with the Silversea call centre which, sadly, has now relocated to Manila from the U.K. & the wonderful experienced U.K. agents I have dealt with in the past (Dario Rossi, Lawrence Taylor to name but two) are no longer available to speak too. A big mistake by Royal Caribbean & Silversea as I would not have booked a Silversea cruise again if it wasn’t for Jason at Panache Cruises. I would definitely deal with Jason again if ever we are fortunate enough to be able to book another cruise. James Cole - Jason is a real asset to your company.

From start to finish the booking process was so easy and nothing was too much trouble, no matter how many queries we had or changes we wanted to make. It was fantastic to speak to the same person every time, so no having to repeat yourself, no worrying if messages would be passed on, absolutely superb service. For two older travellers both with disabilities it’s been incredibly reassuring to deal with a company that appears to cherish its clients. Even more importantly they are absolutely truthful regarding costs and information, explaining fully and clearly. Georgia you were a marvel, thank you so much.
This is the first time we have tried Panache, though we did make an enquiry earlier in the year which was responded to very quickly with excellent information. Although we didn't decide to go ahead at that time, we determined to give them a further chance as and when we found a cruise we were interested in. Recently, we spotted a deal with Regent Seven Seas, and having first contacted Regent direct, we found them very pushy and they failed to take on board our questions and claimed to be unable to find out information on flights. Fortunately, we gave Panache a call, and spoke to Nicola, who was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions, including flights from our local airport, so we booked over the weekend. Regent did phone back on the Monday, but still only asked if we were ready to book DESPITE my specific questions about flights, that she had clearly forgotten to follow up on. We took great pleasure in telling her we had booked with Panache, who could sort out the flights over the weekend AND were slightly cheaper! So, a good start, but we'll wait to see how the trip plays out, but given this service continues, Panache will become our preferred supplier for cruises in future. We'll done Nicola!
