Jill, was very experienced and had great knowledge of the cruises and also the island where we want to stay and looking forward to planning the further part of our holiday with her as hotels and flights are not around yet and looking forward to sailing with Explora journeys which we have now booked a cruise on as before talking with Jill I knew nothing on this cruise line. I have been cruising for over 30 years and will definitely use Panache for booking future cruises.

They advertised entry into a competition for a cruise, but the submit button did not work. Trying to talk to the help line - no response except "sorry we missed you". This is a complete CON......... After I complained to them, within 48 hours they had responded positively and have now entered into their prize draw. Very good customer service. 26/06/2024
Worked with Catherine Divan. I recognize that anybody with an internet connection can get you booked onto a cruise and, if everything goes smoothly, that's it. However, there are those occasions where things don't go smoothly through nobody's fault. We are experienced travelers and usually make our own arrangements, but I'm so glad we had Panache on this one. We hit one of those situations, and Catherine did an outstanding job of coordinating the resolution, working across time zones with booking offices in two countries. If you are not 100% confident of how to get yourself out of a tricky international situation, this team is an invaluable asset to have backing you up ... just in case you need them. Even if everything else goes smoothly, we have the peace of mind that they are there, just in case. And of course, the usual stuff -- they know what they are doing, great attention to detail, polite, courteous, etc.
We have been cruising for over twenty years but never used Panache before. My good lady noticed an offer with Regent and decided to call the company for further information. We were very impressed with Amanda Cunliffe, who was patient with our questions and was knowledgeable and friendly. We requested clarification on flight before deciding on this particular cruise and Amanda confirmed she would call us back. We realized that we had been fortunate in contacting Amanda, when she proactively investigated alternative direct flights, as all Regent flights from our selected airport were indirect. We were very impressed with her attention to detail, friendliness and overall knowledge and made our first booking with Panache. Based on our very positive experience of the booking process we are definitely looking forward continuing our relationship with Amanda and Panache.
Catherine Divan always looks after our bookings very well. A few weeks ago we mentioned where we would like to cruise in 2026, asking her to keep an eye out for anything suitable. The day a popular cruise line released a cruise in this area, she provisonally booked the suite she knew we liked. We were delighted to confirm the booking on the same day. Within 24 hours most cabins/suites had been reserved with price increases for those still available.
