From start to finish the booking process was so easy and nothing was too much trouble, no matter how many queries we had or changes we wanted to make. It was fantastic to speak to the same person every time, so no having to repeat yourself, no worrying if messages would be passed on, absolutely superb service. For two older travellers both with disabilities it’s been incredibly reassuring to deal with a company that appears to cherish its clients.
