Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Mona Samandi was very helpful and assisted us in booking a package to Athens including an Explora 2 cruise. She is knowledgeable and suggested a good hotel in Athens located in the centre making it easier to get around the city attractions. The holiday is better value than many of their competitors. Looking forward to doing more business with her and Panache.

Came upon PanacheCruises by chance when searching for HX cruises. What a fortunate encounter. Kathryn was extremely helpful with arrangements, options and advice. Best of all the final cost of the cruise including flights came in less than going via HX direct. Thoroughly recommended.

Exemplary service from Mona
This is the first time I have used Panache cruises. I have dealt with many cruise companies but I have never before had such a good experience planning and booking a cruise. Mona has done an amazing job in helping us to find the best cruise for us. The cruise I enquired about first wasn’t quite what we wanted so instead of just saying ok if you see anything else come back she asked us if we wanted her to try to find something for us. Within a few hours she hadfound us a number of options. We have now booked a Norway cruise.Mona has been a breath of fresh air to deal with extremely helpful and patient and nothing is too much trouble. She has responded to all of my queries swiftly usually by phone and then following up with emails for confirmation. I cannot recommend both Panache cruises and Mona highly enough.

First time booking with Panache, great first impressions.
First time booking with Panache and our first impressions are very, very good. Our allocated Cruise Connoisseur, Jill Hurst, created a great first impression with a friendly introduction and then went on to discuss with us our booking requirements for a 'special' 2027 cruise with knowledge, understanding and by identifying some options, all done with a professional yet friendly and engaging approach. We were given time to consider our decision, at Jill's suggestion, and she called us back at the agreed time to see if we had any further questions or had made a decision. Thanks to Jill we had decided to proceed with our booking and she administered this efficiently and with clarity, giving us confidence that she would continue to 'look after us' as the next stages of administration followed. There's only one opportunity to make a first impression and Jill did a fine job for us and we look forward to engaging with her as required.
