Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.

Crusin' with Joe!
I enquired about an ocean cruise yesterday with Joe at Panache. It was a tricky ask as it was first release day of Regent Seven Seas Prestige inaugural cruise season. Joe was calm, knew his way around the booking process and pragmatic about unnecessary details at this stage. He called back today; we discussed all aspects and he made the reservation as required. I could not have asked for more.

Our third cruise with Panache
Our third cruise with Panache, previously with Georgia who was wonderful and this time with Milo. He is amazingly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and true to his word.
