Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Great Panache
I am excited to share my experiences with Panache Cruises as I have already travelled with them three times to Portugal, Egypt and Cambodia. The booking experience is always good as their sales agents are friendly, helpful and professional. Information given is accurate, honest and timely, and their prices are market competitive. I am pleased to report that all of my holidays have been excellent, as all of Panache's partners deliver excellent service and wonderful adventures. Food has always been good, and the ship's beautiful. On my last cruise in Cambodia, we travelled with the founder and CEO of Panache and thoroughly enjoyed his company and support, As a very satisfied customer, I have just booked a Galapagos adventure with Panache in the spring of 2026.
