Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.

As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Having only just returned from Cambodia & Vietnam after a fantastic memorable cruise down the Mekong with Scenic Cruises, we decided that we would like to do it all again….yes it was THAT GOOD!! I got in touch with Scott Perry, my cruise connoisseur from Panache , who had handling my previous booking, which incidentally was very efficient in every aspect. I explained to Scott my requirements, and in no time at all he had been in touch with Scenic and secured the booking at a fantastic price in the suite we had previously occupied…perfect! I have no hesitation in recommending Scott for planning and managing every aspect of your cruise requirements, the support that he and Panache Cruises have provided has been a 6 star experience. We look forward to planning more cruises using Panache in the future.
