Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.
Excellent personal service
As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

I have had nothing but problems
UPDATE: Now that I have a new agent, all is going well. I have had nothing but problems. Response time is severely lacking. I am now on my second agent. Overcharged and can't get resolved. Very frustrating. And can't seem to find a higher up person to contact.
