Excellent Service
Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind. Catherine had a quote together for us within minutes and made the booking process so easy, especially when she managed to get us an additional discount which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. A thoroughly professional and friendly service once again provided by Catherine.

As long term customers of Panache, we would not go anywhere else. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient and professional in helping us book our Uniworld river cruise.

Great Service
Friendly, helpful service again from Catherine, our 3rd cruise booking with her through Panache Cruises. Nothing seems too much trouble, despite us changing actual cruise destination, date and flight times! Very patient and knowledgeable, and the great thing is we're called back at the appointed time. First class customer service.

Fabulous customer service, holiday booked!
We booked a very special cruise with Helen over the weekend. Helen was extremely helpful, she looked at various options for us and advised us on our options. Helen also booked us an extra 2 night stay in Rome at the end of our cruise, all transfers are included so we don’t have to think about any of the finer details. I cannot thank Helen enough for her expert help.

First booking with a travel agent, would do again! …
Very impressed with knowledgeable friendly service. I have always booked directly booking a cruise holiday first experience with a travel agent as I thought it meant could not access certain things but Helen has been fantastic so far and seems to take care of everything which is ideal. She also saved us hundreds vs website price!
