Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

Ocean were great from start to finish
Ocean were great from start to finish. I chose Ocean to sell my property as I had previously bought the property from them and am very pleased with the decision. The communication and support was great from Lawrence and the team, and we were able to complete on the sale within 8 weeks of listing it. Special thanks to Lisa who was my move manager and ensured I was always kept up to date as the sale progressed. Would highly recommend!

Overall good.
Elizabeth was great at communicating progression. I never met her but her emails were efficient and prompt. Viewings..A little more respect of the house would be appreciated, footprints etc. Admittedly the property was empty and needed an overhaul but it was an emotional attachment and home. Overall a good outcome, and would use again if needed.
