Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

The 2 agents who showed our home were wonderful! Joseph and Molly - I rate them very highly. Friendly, approachable, reliable and upbeat (even after months of showing our home). There was a misunderstanding originally with Ocean regarding the commission percentage as I had obtain their details from an online portal which meant there was an extra fee involved (GetAgent beware!). I also queried the advice given when it came time to reduce our price - the advice was to reduce the price in Β£50k increments, but we reduced it by Β£25k once and that seemed to do the trick. Ocean's legal team were very efficient.

Not gonna lie, from start to finish these guys have been awsome! Both Liam & Emily are a credit to Ocean. After issues trying to sell my house for over a year with another Estate Agent in this area (who shall remain anonymous for now) Ocean took charge and delivered, selling the house in a couple of days. Emily went above and beyond in keeping me in the loop. I would 100% recommend these Estate Agents in Bristol.

Me and my partner recently bought our first house together. Although completion took longer than anticipated, our conveyancer Ella did everything possible to get it through in time before our mortgage offer expired. Everyone was really kind to us, even when we did get a little flustered at times. Would use them again in a heartbeat. π
