Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

House hunting in Bristol can be daunting as all heck, in a constant state of checking ads, calling letting agents, making applications, all while it feels like your competition is half the city. Ocean has been by far the most attentive and supportive letting agency of the bunch!
