Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

Kept promises and efficient
My overall experience has been great from all the team at Ocean. I chose Claire Ham due to her local knowledge, having sold neighbouring property recently she assured me she had some potential leads. The property sold the same weekend it went on the market for the asking price. Jenny Green, Ashleigh Westcott-Egan and team then made the rest of the process as easy as possible, keeping me updated with developments. They progressed without as need to chase things right through to completion. Thanks

Excellent service from Ocean Shirehampton branch. We were supported and guided by all members of the team, from the first valuation appointment with Chris, right through to completion. We were kept updated throughout the selling process, and the regular emails from Sadie were invaluable. A truly professional service and I have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars. Well deserved.

Lost out on a significant amount ofβ¦
Lost out on a significant amount of money as the solicitors did not put through mortgage payment redemption in time. It's a shame that you have to constantly chase them to do what seems to be everyday parts of their role. Getting information from them is like extracting blood from a stone. If you're happy to email them every day then you should go with these guys as they did give us a decent rate in comparison. You get what you pay for.
