Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

Really happy with the Downend Branch
Really happy with the Downend Branch. Took a while to sell my property but not at all the fault of the company - lost buyers through the buyers not being able to sell their own property. If I had another property to sell I would definitely use this company again. They made it so easy for me by making it a seamless process from beginning to end. Thank you all
