Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

40-50% rent increases
40-50% rent increases to all the properties in my block of flats, overnight, and Section 21s issued to all the people who queried the legality or tried to negotiate. Some people lived in the building for over 10 years. Absolutely gutted. Months and months to complete repairs. Really bad people Edit: I was not offered a 10% discount, I was given an eviction notice when I tried to negotiate. What they have replied with isn't true.
