Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

Helpful, efficient, professional & attentive conveyancers
Dimitri and his conveyancing team at Ocean Bishopston are brilliant. They respond to emails and pick up the phone quickly, answer questions clearly and patiently, and they're also really lovely. I felt reassured that the purchase was in safe hands throughout. I have had to chase previous conveyancers relentlessly to make things move along, and I thought that was normal - but this team proved me wrong!
