Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

Unethical practice
Move Manager advised me of completion date and to change my booking of my preferred removal company.Even though I questioned the feasibility of this - she insisted that all other people on the chain could make this new date. I changed the date only to be told (very soon after) that it wasn’t feasible and we needed to revert to the original date. My preferred removal company then could not move me as someone else had requested the date. I was forced to use a removal company that I never would have chosen and at a considerably higher cost. The experience on the completion date was not pleasant and I hold Ocean accountable for the stress and illness this resulted in for me. I have raised this as a concern but the manner in which it was dealt with was poor.

Incredibly helpful
The team at Ocean Westbury have been incredibly helpful during the whole process of selling. Friendly, efficient and easy to communicate with. We really felt we could trust them. I have to mention Mike, for his help with viewings, and for coming back to let my husband in when he forgot his keys! And of course Mel, who has been so supportive, and positive and proactive. Thanks to all of them.

Ocean Estate Agents are an excellent and efficient Property Letting CompanyLetting
I asked Ocean Estate Agents to find me tenants for a flat I own in Bristol. They responded immediately and asked me to submit information and relevant documentation. Within a few days they had found me tenants. They informed me of all the regulations required for letting out the flat. They inspected the property immediately. They obtained Tenancy references for the tenants and organised the Tenancy Agreement. They were very cooperative in every aspect and answered every question I asked. I could not be more satisfied with this efficient and experienced Company and highly recommend them.
