I asked Ocean Estate Agents to find me tenants for a flat I own in Bristol. They responded immediately and asked me to submit information and relevant documentation. Within a few days they had found me tenants. They informed me of all the regulations required for letting out the flat. They inspected the property immediately. They obtained Tenancy references for the tenants and organised the Tenancy Agreement. They were very cooperative in every aspect and answered every question I asked.
