Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

10/10 experience!
After looking at several companies to help me with my mortgage, I settled on Ocean Estate Agents as they were recommended to me and I could not be happier with my experience. Luigi was my mortgage advisor and he did an amazing job! He was incredibly diligent throughout the whole process, always available to discuss any questions I had and made the entire process as seamless as possible. As a first-time buyer, this experience was quite daunting so I was very grateful to have one less thing to worry about and I really felt that Luigi made the entire process as easy and straightforward as possible, I could not recommend Ocean more!!

I had a very positive experience with Ocean in purchasing a house. The Bishopston office seems to have a cohesive team of quality professionals all of whom I always enjoyed chatting with. They are pragmatic, well organised and personable. Particular thanks should go to Kiera, whose empathic and calm approach made this rather stressful purchase much less so. Top set of people, thoroughly recommend.

Luigi and Clare at Ocean Mortgage Services are great. No question to small, responding to queries extremely quickly and thinking ahead to the very best solution/rates for our house remortgage.
