Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

Fantastic service from the start with Ocean, Southville. Booking the viewing was seamless. From the first viewing we had at the property, Clare was very informative, prompt, knowledgeable. From there Jenny, who support us through the purchase of the property was always lovely to deal with, very quick and so helpful with any queries we asked.
