Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

Highly recommend Ocean and Claire Kington
We recently sold our house through Ocean Estate Agents in Bristol, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received, especially from Claire Kington. From start to finish, Claire kept us informed every single step of the way. Her communication was outstanding, and she always made sure we knew exactly what was happening. She provided invaluable expertise and local insight, which was incredibly helpful during the valuation process. Thanks to Claire we received several offers we were really happy with. Their photographer Ash, was also brilliant. He made our house look so lovely. I almost didn't want to sell! Overall, our experience with Ocean and Claire in particular has been fantastic. We couldn't recommend them enough!

Highly recommend Ocean Estate Agents (Clifton Branch)! I had always thought estate agents were much the same, but Ocean truly stood out. Andrew promptly valued my flat and crafted an excellent strategy that secured over 9% more than another agent quoted, proving their expertise of the local market paid off! Ollie then smoothly handled negotiations, leading to a very satisfactory sale's price! What truly made the difference was Nicola, assigned to the sale. She maintained regular contact and expertly liaised between slow-communicating solicitors, significantly speeding up the process. Her dedication truly helped bring the sale over the line far quicker than it would have taken. For a stress-free and highly effective sale, you must use Ocean Estate Agents!

Andrew Beaser was very helpful with our complex & stressful sale, although sometimes had a bit of a wait to speak to him. Mario & Oliver seemed to be up to date with progress as well. The legal team were very tenacious with keeping the pressure on the buyer & managing agents. Considering there was no chain, just a shame the whole process took 6 months.
