Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

We have been using Ocean for several years to rent out a property. They are extremely professional, respond accordingly and explain things clearly. We used to live in this accommodation and are aware of our old neighbours and want tenants that are respectful. Ocean do thorough background and credit checks making us feel at ease for ourselves and our previous neighbours. When we bump into our old neighbours they always compliment us on our choice of tenants. We choose a package that was the right fit and price for our circumstances so as long as these suit us in the future we will continue to work with Ocean.
