Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.

We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

A long journey

Keith has been great from the off!

Keith has been great from the minute I first contacted Ocean. He has been a constant fountain of knowledge, answered my 7,000 questions clearly and offered advice on all manner of things. He has been a very calming presence while learning how the letting process works, and would recommend him to anyone!

Reliable & experienced!

We used Ocean to sell our rental property in Portishead and they just made life easy for us! The team were personable, honest and very reliable and responsive to communication. Paul in particular was relaxed and experienced, negotiating some difficult conversations on our behalf and keeping us professionally in the loop. First time buyers

We bought our first property with Ocean Estate Agents and received nothing but absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Melissa was great and really made us feel like we had someone fighting in our corner! We had been told that buying a house would be very stressful, but Ocean/Melissa had us wondering what all the fuss was about. Would 100% recommend!
