Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

Amazing Service
We have just sold our house with Ocean. The service from the whole team has been good from the start with excellent communication. (We switched from a different estate agent in Henleaze & the difference couldnβt have been greater). Once we had an offer, Mel was totally amazing with liaising between us, the solicitors & buyers. Excellent Service
Claire was competent, friendly and down to earth. Claire explained everything clearly, backed up with an email a very short time later, and was keen to make sure I understood the process from start to finish. Claire clearly has a good understanding of the local area, local prices and the market variances, she explained very clearly how she arrived at her valuation, and how we could maximize or increase the valuation if we so chose. Very pleased with the service provided, and she was a very nice person to boot! Very genuine.
