Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

The team at Ocean were incredible with the sale of our house and mortgage advice for the onward sale. We were kept informed at each stage of the process and checked in with us regularly. A more attractive interest rate became available and we were switched over quickly without any issues which was really appreciated. The marketing for the house was very professional also and helped with a quick sale. Tracey, Simon, Stacey, Jess, Elizabeth, Lisa and Lawrence all were fantastic! Thank you for your help in making this an easy move.

They are a great professional team at Ocean, working together throughout the property purchase from the initial viewings, offer and acceptance and then keeping abreast of the conveyance process. We did have a couple of issues along the way which was expected but their proactive approach meant the issues were navigated with the least amount of stress!
