Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

I don’t think things could have gone more smoothly. From the start when I first met Matthew to appraise the house through to Paul and Maisy. Really nice and easy to deal with them all, great communication throughout the process. Professional but personable and considerate. We also used Ocean lawyers and it was a great decision, I’m not sure the whole process could have been any easier. Thank you to all the team.
