Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

Very helpful and on it
We recently sold and bought a new house using Ocean Estate Agents and Ocean Conveyancers. Throughout the whole process they were great at keeping us in the loop and being available to call whenever we had questions or wanted updates. Despite other parts of the chain being slow and not responding (very stressful!) the agents at Ocean did a brilliant job at getting everything sorted! I would definitely recommend Ocean to anyone selling locally who want a team who know the area and also care about their customers.

The best in the area!
Sam has been truly amazing in helping us find our first home. He listened carefully to our asks and kept us in the loop of new properties coming onto the market so we didnβt miss out (something we didn't experience with other estate agents). Weβre progressing on a property with another estate agents, but I wish itβd been with Ocean! Conveyancing for FTB home purchase
We had a task to find our conveyancer once our offer was accepted and the estate agent were very keen to use their in-house partner firm with the attractive argument that it will speed up the purchase as the seller is also using their services to beat the stamp duty deadline. However, I was glad I did some research and Ocean not only provided competitive quotes but also an exceptional service. Thorough due dilligence on the checks, finance and all other legal aspects of the purchase - and at times my assigned solicitor, Karen, going above and beyond to respond promptly to all my queries and concerns. I did not even deal with them directly but I would definitely stay away from the other party as it was the complete opposite service than the 5 star service I am reviewing.
