Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

Great service from Tracey, Neil & Claire
Tracey, Neil & Claire were all fantastic. They helped us sort through a tricky remortgaging process, while keeping us informed every step along the way. The initial process of setting up the remortgage was clear and simple, and only stumbling blocks from other parties involved created a delay. Something which Ocean took in their stride and ensured we had a great service. We wholly appreciate the work done and will be recommending and using again in the future for any new mortgage/remortgage/etc.
