Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesn’t sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.

In some places Covid Self test kit costs around £15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for £5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

I haven't received my kid for day 8. I'm pregnant and I have the glucose blood test scheduled for Tuesday. I cannot take my test because they haven't sent me the kid. Totally unacceptable

SCAMMERS!!!! Didn’t receive my testing kit, telephone number is not working, and no response to emails! I reported this to Active Fraud and called my bank to dispute the payment. Unfortunately, I paid by debit card, so the money is gone .. hopefully I can get it back! Question is, what do I do now? I’m not prepared to pay more money on other scammers. Unfortunately, the government approved list is full of them! Check the review! I won’t be able to leave my house after the 10 days quarantine without a test. Any advice from anyone here? UPDATED REVIEW POST YOUR PATHETIC RESPONSE!!!! You must be kidding with your response below which is totally unacceptable and irresponsible! You admit that my day 2 test was delivered on day 3! The result was only delivered on Day 5! As for my day 8 test, the result was only delivered on after day 10! You totally miss the point! Your service is poor and unsatisfactory! A test kit should be delivered on or before the day it is meant to be there, and the result should be delivered a day after. That is the SLA that made me buy your product. But seeing that you’re an inexperienced opportunistic business that acts as a middle man and blame Royal Mail and the labs for the delay, there’s no point in wasting time with you! All I can say and do is warn people not to deal with such a scam company!

SCAM - DO NOT USE As others I have not received my day 2 results nor my day 8 pack. I will be contacting trading standards and BBC Money box as suggested by someone else below. If you have paid by debit card or bank transfer then all is not lost. Contact your bank and raise a claim. They will investigate and you may get a refund that way. I have also raised an email with the BBC in response to an article on the BBC news App with respect to the cost of private PCR tests. I would suggest that more people should do the same, so that we can raise the issue and get these scammers off the .Gov website. Good luck everyone.

As you can see they have got in contact asking me to contact their refund email. I have already done this and because the results were processed (a month late) they feel they have fulfilled their obligations. You will not get a refund out of them. Again cannot advise you enough to avoid this company. Contact the trading standard authority on 08082231133- this number is free and they are very helpful, no wait at all. They will walk you through how to send now test a formal request for a refund and file a report on the company. Original review- What a waste of £170. Day 2 test arrived but i didnt receive before day 10, day 8 test arrived on day 11 and the result was even slower than the first. If you want to unnecessarily prolong your quarantine choose this provider. Avoid this scam company at all costs.

Unfortunately this was a bad experience. The company simply cannot provide the service offered. They are unapproachable and uncontactable. Day 8 results still not arrived and I have been in quarantine 15 days so far. Avoid at all cost!

Total scam. Day 2 test arrived ok. Day 8 test still hasn’t arrived on day 12! No response to daily emails, phone number not working. Are we supposed to stay in isolation forever? Complete government mess up for awarding contracts to companies like this!

SCAM!!! Do not use this company. After having paid for 2x Day 2 and 8 test, I've not received kits and am stuck at home beyond my 10 day isolation. I've emailed, attempted to call with response over the last week. Avoid at all cost. It's a scam

The company is claiming the test kits been sent when ever they felt like not according to government guidelines. The test kit for day 8 test was sent after the10th day which was no good so it went back to the sender. Nowtest got the kit back which they must have sold to another customer but don't want to refund claiming it would get contaminated when no one even opened the packaging and it was never delivered. When I asked for refund they wrote back : "Nowtest do not operate a guaranteed time frame service and as such cannot provide refunds for delayed test kits or results. Returned test kits cannot be reused due to health and safety and the possibility of contamination." If thats the policy of the company then why anyone would pay this company to get a test done when they don't even know when they are free to come out of quarantine. These test kits what they use have 1 year expire date as its exactly same one what NHS use to send free of cost. Please don't waste money with this company I have already reported them in watchdog and my credit card company every soon they would be on BBC. I would ask everyone to mail watch dog and get this company uncovered for cheating customers.

Order my kit on the 23 March, just to make sure everything would gone as planned and my test and results would have been deliver on time. Issue started when I took my day2 COVID test and send back: never heard nothing back! No result on the website, no answer to mail, no useful info on the phone, only the secretary saying to leave my details so they could call me back, guess what? They never called me back. Going trough a nightmare to sort things out, I want a redound! Please email your local MP to bring this issue up and also email dhsctesttrace.customerfeedbackteam(at)nhs.net and keep records of your contacts in case you’ll need it as evidence. This is unacceptable!
