Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesn’t sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.
I was not able to receive a certificate!! Unacceptable
In some places Covid Self test kit costs around £15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for £5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

Am very angry with the government for allowing these companies to unashamedly and blatantly stealing money from the British public with clearly no intention of offering any sort of service We booked our 2 & 8-day test prior to arriving back in the UK, day 2 arrived on day 4, we complete the test and return them but never get any results, day 8 arrived on day 11 so we never bothered We paid a total of £340 for the test kits, we bought EXACTLY the same test kits online the £12 each prior to traveling for our personal use I email the company no less than 6 times but never got any respond Public health England uses another call center company that calls us every day at great expense to 'US' the taxpayers, had no interest in the fact that the test kits didn't arrive on time and that we didn't get any results, we were in the end directed to contact the NHS that offer FREE covid test This is theft and the government, (not even the company Nowtest) should refund the money that has been stolen....This is just a big con, not fit for purpose

NOT JUST SCAM but RUDE and SHAMELESS, MINUS MINUS MINUS for this company Day 2 came day 3, and day 8 arrival day 11 and I never got any result for the day 2. I emailed them many many times and I have got automatic emails when finally I could contact with the Refund manager she started to blame me but she never proved and all of her excuse were proof they made a lot of mistake. For instance her answer prove it they mixed the day 2 test with the day 8. When I told her that is their mistake to send me the wrong kit she just ignored of course and eventually she wanted to frightened me as I wrote to her again and again. Obviously they do not want to give a refund but that is so outrageous that kind of company is still alive! So I will contact the ombudsman as that is all so outrageous.

As a corporate customer, they have handled all of our testing through the pandemic, with a high level of customer support and speed of testing. The level of flexibility at the last minute has helped manage some tight deadlines for travel.

One sentence: nowtest is a scam. I'm not afraid to say: it's a criminal association and I want to fight for the company to be closed immediately. . I challenge them to counter-prove that I am wrong, it cannot be said that they delivered a swab when Royal Mail confirmed that they never took it in delivery...for them the topic is closed, because they know that the government continues to give them the authorization. It is bad that this is happening in the UK.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I don’t even have any words to explain. If I could give -103739 stars I would, it is a TOTAL SCAM, please DO NOT use them. I ordered a day 2 and day 8 test, day 2 was several days late and the day 8 test never arrived. I contacted them for a refund and they claimed on the tracking it said it was delivered but I NEVER GOT ANYTHING AND I WAS AT HOME 24/7 ISOLATING. Then, one week ago I get a notification to collect a parcel from Royal Mail and I went there two days ago and it was my test, ALMOST TWO MONTHS LATE. I asked the Royal Mail worker to provide me with the full tracking of the item, which he did, and informed me that I was being lied to by the company and that there wasn’t anything delivered to me before the 21st of May (again, I was supposed to get it beginning of April). I emailed them again saying I won’t open the test and that I want to return it and get my refund, and again, they sent me their tracking saying it got delivered in April. I DO NOT WANT THIS TEST TWO MONTHS LATER GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. All their replies are full of ridiculous excuses, already reported them to the uk gov. (do not reply to this review saying that because I got my test I can’t have a refund, that is absolutely ridiculous as it is a day 8 test not day 60. It is completely useless and not the service I paid for.) Edit to Now Test Reply: Why are you replying and attacking me for writing a review? If you provide a bad service, of course I am going to leave a bad review, what were you expecting? I don’t know who replies to this reviews but you have no professionalism, it sounds like a child is replying to me and to the other reviews?You are working for a company, please address me and other people in a professional way, I am not your friend, it just goes to show how bad of a company this is, you’re making it worse for you. I never got my test, I don’t care how many trackings you send me. I got the test two days ago, and I got confirmation from Royal Mail that it wasn’t delivered before, so I trust them. If it got delivered, then what is this, a third test? Your company and customer service is a joke.

If I could give this company a -20 I would. I paid £170 for a day 2 and day 8 test. Day 2 came day 3, and day 8 came day 11, and was only sent out on day 10. Which would have made isolating for around 15 days. When I first emailed after day 2, no reply, it took 3 emails for a response, the same with day 10. I was told to call 111 to get a test from the caller who called me each day to see if I was at home, which I did, and it arrived through my door on a SUNDAY for FREE. I have since sent an email about this, and again by the third email was told to email refund department. Again, I am still waiting after the 2nd email. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I am posting a second review on Nowtest to ensure that people are aware this company is not trustworthy and certainly cannot be used for the purpose of Day 2 /8 testing. I waited 16 days for test results causing huge stress and anxiety. Although their website states no guaranteed result times an 8 day turnaround is totally unacceptable. When I disputed the credit card payment the credit card company were aware of other complaints but were unable to block the payment. I have not applied for a refund as judging by other reviews it would be a pointless waste of time. It is shameful that Nowtest are able to exploit government regulations in what can only be described as "preying on the general public" Please avoid at all costs, pay the extra and use a reputable service!!!!
