Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesn’t sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.

Economy Covid Self test kit
In some places Covid Self test kit costs around £15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for £5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

I wrote a review 12 September and Nowtest replied immediately saying they thought that the £170 had been refunded for tests that never arrived. They promised to action this and refund me. To date I am still waiting despite their promise. I will update again once refund is received

Now Test admits they made many…
Now Test admits they made many mistakes. Now Test say they've improved things. What about the plight of their customers before the so-called improvement? Were my wife and I being used as guinea pigs? For what should've been a fairly simple service Now Test failed abysmally. Now Test has consistently refused to address the issue. They even tried to stall my reviews of them by asking for verification when they knew full well who I was. Now Test has all our details and we are willing to accept a full refund. What a shameful response from NowTest.

Avoid ever using this company
Having been forced to pay £170 for day 2 and day 8 tests in March, a flight I was forced to take due to Brexit, I received day 2 test, 3 days late, and the results 3 weeks after the end of my 10 day isolation period! Day 8 was so late the lovely airbnb lady emailed me 3 weeks later from the 10 day isolation period, that it had arrived. I had to get 2 more tests from another company in order to get my results and peace of mind. Therefore totally and utterly wasted £170. It was an already upsetting and stressful time, and the lack of help and any response was disgraceful. I still to this date have not received any correspondance to my many many emails asking for help and then a refund. Absolute money making scheme. In Europe the tests are now €15 why should anyone be made to pay more than that!!!

Avoid this company they have no backup customer service. In March I ordered day 2 and day 8 tests on return to UK. Day 2 never arrived and day 8 arrived 6 days too late. I tried phoning them and did leave a voice mail message but they never returned my call. I emailed my complaint but they did not answer. I used my credit card charge back and didn't have to pay as never got what was promised. Nowtest did reply to the credit card chargback with a long document but that had the wrong test numbers. I spent quite a lot of time trying to get a refund and answers from nowtest but they never responded. Not a well run company very unprofessional. Would definitely not use them again. After their response I did eventually get a full refund for the total amount I paid them, the refund was obtained by my credit card company on my behalf. I still will never use Now Test even though they say they have improved their customer service and delivery procedure.

Simple, fast, no problems
I have used Nowtests departure PCR, and return days 2 and 8 service. It was all easy and had no problems. The results came faster than I'd expected. Certificates were easy to view and share. Also amazingly competitive price. I recommend them.
