Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesn’t sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.

Economy Covid Self test kit
In some places Covid Self test kit costs around £15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for £5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

EXCELLENT All staff I have been in contact with have been more than helpful. I must have tested their patience to the limit. I have the greatest respect for each and every one of them. I will definitely be using you in the future if it is necessary although that might have the staff running for the door

Scammers, fake reviews.
Scammers. Got charged before we had even managed to make an account - can't log in now and haven't received any info on the Day 2 test. Note the influx of 5 star reviews by accounts that have all 'left reviews' for the same two companies in an attempt to cover up the 1 stars. See Twitter too for genuine feedback. Should not be on government list. Out of depth, danger to public health - must give up now.

Everything worked as advertised.
Everything worked well. Tests were delivered on time and were waiting for us at our flat when we got home from work. Site was easy to use to upload our results. Only complaint is you need a separate phone number and email address to register your account which we don’t have for our kids, so we had to order from a separate provider for our kids. Not an issue if everyone has their own mobile.
