Hazel assisted with my parking payment within a few minutes. When I was new to the car park and could not find a payment meter at Manchester warehouse 2 and had trouble paying using the app at home.

Overcharged

Systematic error charged me 200 odd pounds for an internal discount on parking where I shouldn’t have been paying anything. The issue couldn’t be dealt with very quickly and took forms to be filled out meaning communication delays which aren’t great with a larger amount of money due back. Although eventually solved- there was no reimbursement for the inconvenience.
