Please please please bring back paper receipts or allow us to type our email into the parking machine to receive receipts!!! The QR code hardly ever works and surely the time spent on customer service having to retrieve these cancels out any savings you wanted to try and make?!

Hi dropping off at Birmingham Airport It used to be free to drop off and pick up Now you have to pay £6 for what? You don’t get anything extra On top of that there are no barriers,so if you simply forget to pay, you get a notice through the post Telling you to pay £100 but like they are doing you a favour by reducing it to £60 if you pay it within 14 days So is that fair?Its gone from £6 to £60 If you simply forget to pay Legalised robbery, therefore I say #boycott NCP car parks

They robbed me. Even after setting up auto pay as i am uber driver and used their parking many times every day. their system failed to take payment and they sent me fine of £60 I appealed as its not my fault after setting up autopay they rejected daylight robbery.

forgot to book, remembered half way through the day, paid half and day and wanted to pay balance. Bianca was fantastic in resolving the problem. It took some time but that was lots cheaper than paying the fine!
