Parked for a four day trip but the app only let me pay for one day. On return there was no way to top up on the app. Apparently you have to top up every day. one day at a time! Seriously? Eventually the app online query system got it sorted and I paid. V friendly app chat person. Giving three stars. 5* for the app online query system but 1* for the app itself making it difficult/impossible to pay for multi-day parking. BTW when I parked others were having the same trouble paying for multi days.

Parked in NCP car park for the first time. Didn’t realise there were 2 NCP car parks next to each other with different entrances. Paid for parking using the app to realise I had paid to park in the other car park. I used the chat function on the app to try to resolve the problem. Spoke with Rolly, they were able to sort out my issue very quickly. Made a stressful situation less stressful. Thankyou. Highly recommend

have 2 cars under my account I didint change the registration realised it was wrong registration after two and half hrs got in touch with ncp in case I got fined spoke two karl no problem wont get fined great app every body should download it saves u loads of time no standing in the queue to pay

Customer Services dealt with my complaint about an over-charge well and reasonably quickly. Unfortunately, they can do nothing directly about the faulty ticket scanner at the multistorey access door or indeed some of the other faults with the facility.
