Customers service team was very helpful. I left the car park then realised I have overstayed my paid period, ie underpaid. Contacted customer services team. They were very quick responsive. Sorted my problem. 5 star.

Five star rating due to dealing with a fair and understanding customer services advisor who assessed my situation and dealt with it in a swift and kindly manner. Thank you Jay for kindly explaining the parking regs to me at Gatwick, not fobbing me off and being patient enough to deal with my query. Thank you!

Great customer service, issue resolved quickly and fairly.

I had an issue where I forgot to swap the registration on my season ticket to the vehicle I was using today for 90 minutes and I wanted to see if I had gotten a ticket. The advisor was amazing! I explained my issue and it was resolved very quickly and my forgetfulness was forgiven and I won't be receiving a fine.
