I had to use the live chat option in the app. It took a few minutes to get things going, but in the end I had a very positive resolution to my problem

Spoke to Rhose today via Webchat about an Open Session which was still show on my App two weeks later. Rhose took details and within a short space of time, was sone to end the Open Session. Within that time, keeping me fully informed of progress. Well done and thank you

The five stars I have given are for the lady I chatted with not NCP. I was given an incorrect fine with photographs showing my car entering and somebody else's leaving. The web page was awful. The appeals form had disappeared because it was over 28 days from receiving the fine but I still needed to appeal. The telephone number was automated for paying fines only. After a lot of searching I found the chat option. Shienna was extremely helpful and sorted the issue out very quickly.

This is a follow up of my experience on the 01-02-25. Today I received a £100 fine through the post for this event. It’s crazy that even though there is an admission that the app wasn’t working correctly that I still have to now challenge this case.

Absolute joke of a company, placing signs of pure trickery on car parks in central Manchester. i paid on a machine that was attached to the car park but wasn't for them spaces. My uncle got the same ticket however got away with his as he wrote in in time, ive been in hospital and because of this now out of the window to appeal. clearly they don't take these thigs into consideration, i can only imagine how many people have been duped by the same thing

I was so worried that I was going to get a parking fine. I’m new to the app and assumed I’d receive a notification to pay for my parking duration. I didn’t and totally forgot about it. When I used the chat to try and rectify this the person I was dealing with was incredibly helpful. Very understanding, fast responding and solved my issue within minutes. The best customer service I’ve ever received. Thank you Rolly
