Gatwick drop-off designed to steal money. Not very obvious that drop-off is charged for, and what the terms are exactly. Even so why don't they give you a few weeks or a month to remember to pay? I'll tell you why, so they can get the £60-£100 fine they'll charge. What's wrong with putting a contactless payment gate on the exit? That's so you'll forget and then have to pay the fine. I phoned up after a week when I remembered, offering to pay. They don't want the money, I have to wait for the PCN to come through - but they have 30 days to send it. But we don't have 30 days to remember. I'll be avoiding all NCP carparks in the future.

The worst possible there shitty autopay didn't get through in gatewick and the ediots setting on the phone were unable to help as they didn't understand a single word of what I said and the only option I found then was to appeal and then the appeal people didn't reed the comments I left and sent me an automated reply. End of the day I either had to pay or take them to court. A useless bunch of ediots the staff is.

Late returning home due to a cancelled flight. Chap on the gate was very helpful but I could not get a receipt. However when I emailed NCP customer care I had a very lovely apology and the receipt, all within 24 hours. Excellent service.

I stayed for 5 days in Greyfriars in Cardiff in May, total charge £131.80. I got a 10% discount code from our hotel which I couldn't apply when leaving as when the machine found image of my car & I confirmed, the charged flashed up for a few seconds & then 'unsuccessful message. No option to continue, apply code & pay. Watched few others in case I was doing incorrectly. I wasn't. Tried 4 or 5 times. Had to pay online later with no discount code option. Submitted complaint. Zero update or reply. Awful service. Won't be using NCP or consequently nearly hotels again.
