Cancellation of Airport parking booking

Due to work commitments I had to cancell booked holiday car parking at Birmingham Airport. I emailed NCP booking enquiries with relevant details and 3 working days later I received cancellation email stating full refund to my account will be made. A stress free outcome professionally dealt with. Thank you.

Auto payment of drop offs means charging you every time you visit the airport

I signed up for auto payment of drop off charge for Gatwick airport just so I didn’t forget to pay it and then receive a fine. The next time I drove to my pre paid valet parking at Gatwick North for our holiday parking I received a receipt for £7 for auto payment of the drop off charge! Trying to talk or email a human to get a refund is impossible with NCP. The valet parking isn’t operated by them & there’s obviously no sharing of booking information. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN FACT THEIR ADVERTISED CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL IS NO LONGER MONITORED, THEY EMAIL BACK TELLING YOU. BEWARE NCP!

Great service on Web chat.

Downloaded the app and paid to park in a cark park for 24hrs in Cardiff. Didn't realise until leaving the next day, that I'd paid for the car park next door :( Not being familiar with the area there were 2 NCP car parks next to each other and I hadn't realised. Chatted with Sam on the NCP app and he sorted it for me as I thought I'd get a fine. Fantastic service thank you. The app is actually very easy to use when you know the area, I just should have double checked the sign posts.

I visited a car park and the NCP car…

I visited a car park and the NCP car park support team were so helpful in converting the ticket on entrance to the car park to the app. However on leaving the car park the QR on the app didn't work. I paid via contactless and spoke to the NCP team today who sorted everything out very well. Very happy customer

NCP have been very generous to me

NCP have been very generous to me - we all know parking companies are vultures and do not care about genuine errors but NCP have done in the past to me and it is much appreciated - as a regular customer and payer I forgot one time and they cancelled the PCN - that's respectful and appreciated as they could see it was a genuine oversight.
