When i checked out of the car park i did not have my phone with me so could not get the receipt that is generated by a QR code. I was able to find how to ask for one from a FAQ. You need a few pieces of data, Ie the card you paid with the cost and reg number etc, It was sent via email within a few hours. Great service.

Parked at Southport Train station, spacious and close to town, with app you can get a day ticket for Β£3.95. thought I had overstayed by leaving and re-entering without buying a new ticket but I was covered after speaking with the staff via the app. Great customer service and told me no charges would be applied due to the ticket purchased earlier in the day. Very happy with the parking and services provided. Thanks NCP!

I rarely get a parking ticket. On this occasion with modern technology, this app is a learning kerb. The appeal that I submitted was taken into consideration and dealt with in accordance with my circumstances and the evidence provided. The ticket was cancelled to which I am so thankful. This lets me know that there is someone working in this team with a heart and deals with matters fairly.

NCP customer agent Bianca has been superb. She made me feel NCP car park is a place I can park reliably on. She sorted my issue very quickly and clearly helping me avoid a fine. She also explained to me how to use the app and make my life easy. This is important to me because I take my kid every week to his football and park with NCP. I though I had a fine because I was late and didnt pay in the app but Bianca was more than helpful she quickly resolved my issue and gave me a lot of info about the car park, the app, the ways to handle my payment within NCP. For me this makes a difference I will always use NCP because I want to focus on my kids football rather than parking. Thank you Bianca.

John dealt with my query promptly. I had paid an airport drop-off fee in advance, which is incorrect as should be paid after exiting. He however located my payment and accepted it on this occasion.
