NCP resolved my issue and as a gesture of goodwill, returned a refund to me- I experienced complications attempting to apply a promo code to the App and was charged the full rate, I had personally unintentionally not followed the correct procedure, so thank you for your help!

Absolute scam. Set up the auto pay for Gatwick and it never works. Payment always declines (even though I will then continuously use the same card throughout the holiday with no issue). £60 fine through the post. Clearly want to rip people off with fines.

I’ve now been overcharged 11 times at NCP’s St Stephen’s car park in Norwich, despite promises that the issue was fixed weeks ago. Their evening rate is £3.45 from 18:00 to 02:00, but they keep charging me £7.00 to £10.95 every single time. I’ve contacted them after each incident, wasting my time every day after work. They admitted the issue, promised refunds, and claimed it was fixed — but the problem keeps happening. I’ve asked for a proper refund, apology, and compensation — but have only received excuses or small refunds. One of their charges even pushed my account into overdraft. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you park here, don’t trust the posted rates. Double-check every charge — and be prepared to chase them for refunds regularly. I’m now filing complaints to Trading Standards, Citizens Advice, and escalating this legally. This level of customer treatment is shocking.
