Ipswich station carpark machines again!! One wasn’t working, the other didn’t recognise my car, so I assume the camera has failed too. No receipts available and the glare on the glass prevents you from downloading the e-receipt. What a shoddy second rate operation NCP runs. Added to that it’s a lottery whether the car park is full and since they closed down the overflow carpark. which is now derelict, I have to leave home an hour early in case I have to park in town instead. Plus £9.20 is excessive for an afternoon’s parking. It puts you off taking the train to London…

I parked at Birmingham airport drop off which is NCP. There is 10 mins grace period (free) before charges start, I entered my vehicle reg no in the payment station - as i was inside the 10 min period, there was nothing to pay, however I received a £100 fine as I was 1 min 40 secs over the 10 min period when exiting - i must have been close to the 10 min when i went to the pay station - logically it will take some time to get back to the car, & drive to the exit, why doesn't the machine have a system whereby it warns of limited time left, with option to chance going over the 10 min or pay the cost for he next band? ( I suspect as they make a lot of money with current rip off system) The appeal was a waste of time!

Used the drop off facility at Manchester Airport Big sign 10 mins free false advertising as you can not get in and out this car park in ten mins due to the terrible lay out you exit 3 lanes into one the straight into a roundabout was sitting in queue going nowhere. Took me under a minute to drop my passenger off then I was in a queue for 11 mins trying to get out the hell hole of a parking lot it’s one big con no one gets in and out in under 10 mins . I appealed but expected nothing more than a scripted reply which I got . STAY away from drop off at Manchester Airport Was the parking lot few hundred yards from terminal NCP sent the mail to me so yes you do operate that area I gave you my ref number look it up

I parked in Manchester central NCP and paid for 3 days parking. My car was broken into on the first night! I reported to NCP, still waiting for a response! Despite high fees to park there is no CCTV within the car park. DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!

Used Birmingham airport valet parking in June 25 - when collected car two alloy wheels damaged, dented wheel arch, split tyre - raised complaint on collection and manager was so laid back that they had damaged a 90k car… checked car tracker and showed evasive breaking and being driven 69mph in 30 zone - raised complaint on collection - no response - raised direct with ncp - no response - raised through resolver - still waiting a response - service is totally unacceptable, drivers are incompetent and management poor. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Also, NCP any chance of some compensation to fix the car you knackered up?!
